Why Have a Green Smoothie?
Green smoothies are delicious and they make the perfect start to your morning! I started drinking green smoothies when I kept seeing them posted all over social media. I researched all the benefits and bam I was hooked. Drinking a green smoothie allows you to get your daily greens/fruits and veggies without even realizing it! It gives you long lasting energy (better than caffeine), provides you with plenty of fiber (which you won’t get from fruit juices), is filled with antioxidants and are super easy to digest.
