The Vibe: This contemporary and modern space located in the bustling core of downtown (Yonge and Richmond) provides guests with an intimate and elegant dining experience. The service is spectacular, with our friendly and foodie knowledgeable waitress for the evening spending at least 5 minutes describing every detail and flavour of the menu items.
The Food: Richmond station epitomizes the concept of an ingredient focused restaurant. Their complex, contemporary menu items exemplify well thought out dishes with bold, harmonic flavours. The Dish: I got the chance to have an amazing foodie driven dinner here. To start: house-made bread
To share: Chicken Pakoras with fermented garlic aioli, tandoori honey glaze. Little bites of chicken heaven! Appetizer: Mushroom and Brussel Sprout Salad with baby greens, cabbage, garlic croutons, and shaved asiago cheese ( the garlic croutons are to die for!) Highlight of the Night: Main: Off the specials of the day, I order dry aged duck breast with bok-choy, shiitake mushrooms, and sunchokes with an orange glaze and salsify fig gastrique I know that sounds like a mouthful but that is exactly what it was! A mouthful full of so many different singing and delicious flavours, ones that are new to me.
